League of Women Voters of Southwest Missouri to Host Public Forum on Senate Bill 3
The League of Women Voters of Southwest Missouri invites the community to a public forum to learn about and discuss the potential impacts of Senate Bill 3 on services in Christian County if the measure is approved by voters in April.
This discussion will focus on how the proposed legislation could affect local tax districts and the services they support. “Senate Bill 3, if passed in April, will have an impact on our tax districts throughout Christian County,” said Anna Evans, Vice President of Show Me Christian County.
“We want to help voters understand what that impact could be before they head to the polls on April 7.”
