Uptown Talk Toastmasters Club is hosting a webinar on the "Art of Communication". The meeting is a little bit over an hour at The Library Center, Auditorium from 11:45 am-1:00 pm. No preparation is required. Just show up and learn a little bit about how you can improve your communication skills.

The White River Group of the Sierra Club is having a Meet 'n Greet at Tie & Timber Brewery from 5 to ??? on Tuesday, May 12th. Come and meet some like-minded people and learn what the WRG is doing in the area - and have lots of fun too. Please note the QR code on the the attached image - requested by our state office. The Child Advocacy Center will host a monthly Coffee for a Cause Open House every second Wednesday.

Sip coffee, tour the CAC, and meet with staff along the way to learn about the services they provide.

Busiek State Forest is GOAS's go to destination during peak migration, yielding amazing numbers of migrants just outside Springfield's door step. This mid-week experience promises to avoid the big weekend crowds! Bring your lawn chair and join the group in our first official “Big Sit” bird watch at the peak of migration!
