Springfield Sister Cities Association

It's a relationship that pays many dividends, according to Springfield Sister Cities Association Executive Director Lisa Bakerink.

The event to celebrate the milestone is set for Tuesday, July 14, at National and Trafficway in Springfield.

The event March 28 offers an opportunity to enjoy authentic Japanese drinks, cuisine and music at the Mizumoto Japanese Stroll Garden.

The 29th Annual Japanese Fall Festival is Friday through Sunday, September 5-7, at the Mizumoto Japanese Stroll Garden, 2400 S. Scenic.

Gigs in the Garden is held each spring and fall at Nathanael Greene-Close Memorial Park.

The event will be held Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Nathanael Greene-Close Memorial Park in Springfield.

The event, celebrating Japanese culture, will be held at the Mizumoto Japanese Stroll Garden September 6-8.

The festival will be held Friday, Saturday and Sunday, September 8-10, at the Mizumoto Japanese Stroll Garden.

The trip is sponsored by the Springfield Sister Cities Association.

The first film will be shown August 26.
