Juneteenth

A weekend of events will mark Juneteenth in Springfield starting with a concert tonight. Events are also planned in Joplin with additional events planned for next weekend in Springfield.

It’s a moment of celebration for Springfield’s Black community and many others. Juneteenth runs from Friday through Sunday downtown at the Expo Center.
