Abilities First

Artist and humanitarian Randy Bacon teams up with Abilities First to highlight the talents, passions and enduring contributions of people with disabilities in our community.

The Springfield Police Department and other local law enforcement agencies are offering the program, which is designed to help those who might have trouble communicating.
