Families Anonymous® members are dedicated to practicing a constructive approach in dealing with the family illness of addiction and behavioral issues.

Families Anonymous is a group of new friends who won't be shocked by the nature of your problems and will stand by you as you learn how to gain sanity and serenity in your life , and people just like you, helping other people just like you.

Adults are invited to attend Exploring Genealogy at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 21, in the Library Center meeting room B, 4653 S. Campbell Ave.

DNA Painter, created by Jonny Perl, has become an essential tool for genetic genealogists, offering visualizations of DNA matches and a variety of helpful features. Certified Genealogist® Patti Hobbs will demonstrate how to maximize its potential for your research. This program is sponsored by the Ozarks Genealogical Society.

The Christian County Library will host the One Nixa, One Read Kickoff Block Party May 22 at the Nixa Library to celebrate reading Charlotte's Web as a community. Participants will receive a copy of the book.

The event will include music from CC Rhythm, art projects, and hot dogs.
