In this segment of Ozarks Alive: Time Capsule, Kaitlyn McConnell talks with two women working to bring an historic cemetery back to life.

Kaitlyn McConnell is the founder of Ozarks Alive, a cultural preservation project that documents the region’s history, people and places. Since its start in 2015, she has written and published hundreds of articles that chronicle the region’s story, two guidebooks, and is currently working on a cookbook, “The Ozarks Pie Project Diary,” that recognizes local culinary legacy.
