Central Polling Location Opens for Primary Election in Greene County

Missouri State University

There’s a new central polling location available today in Greene County.  Anyone needing a polling place designed for accessibility to voters who have physical disabilities or who are unable to get to their assigned voting location may cast a ballot at the Missouri State University Davis-Harrington Welcome Center.  That’s at 705 S. National.  Hours are the same as at other polling sites—6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Voters there will use the recently purchased Express Vote election equipment, an ADA-compliant ballot marking device.  It uses touch-screen technology that produces a verifiable paper-based record for tabulation.
