Absentee ballots are now available for voters who can’t go to their regular polling place on April 7th.  The ballot in Greene County will include a variety of candidates and issues in ten cities, seven school districts and six fire protection districts.

You may cast an absentee ballot in the Greene County Clerk’s Office, on the first floor of the Greene County Courthouse, 940 N. Boonville, from 8 to 4:45 Monday through Friday until the day before the election.

Homebound or out-of-town voters may request an absentee ballot by mail.  They must be signed and received in the clerk’s office no later than 5 pm on the Wednesday prior to the election.  Mailed ballots must be voted, notarized, returned by mail and received in the clerk’s office before 7 pm on election day.
