Covid vaccine opportunities in Greene County this week

Greene County will have a variety of opportunities this week for those not yet vaccinated against Covid-19. All events listed are welcome to walk-ins, according to the Springfield-Greene County Health Department.

  • On Tuesday, July 6, events will be held from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Jordan Valley Community Health Center on 618 North Benton Ave. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Fair Grove Library on 81 S. Orchard Blvd.

  • On Wednesday, July 7, events will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Jordan Valley Community Health Center, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Westside Health Department on 660 S. Senic Ave.,  from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Jordan Valley Ice Park on 635 E. Trafficway Street, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Fire Station #1 on 720 E. Grand Street and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on 1609 N. Summit Ave.
  • On Thursday, July 8, events will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Jordan Valley Community Health Center, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Fire Station #1, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Arc of the Ozarks at 1721 W. Elfindale Street and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Hold Fast Brewing on 235 N. Kimbrough Ave.
  • On Friday, July 9, events will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Jordan Valley Community Health Center, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland at 210 S. Ingram Mill Road and from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Fire Station #1.
  • On Saturday, July 10, events will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Campbell United Methodist Church at 1747 E. Republic Road, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Library Center on 4653 S. Campbell Ave. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Library Station on 2535 N. Kansas Expressway.

Outside of Greene County, county health departments are orchestrating vaccination efforts and events.  Call your county health department for more information.
 
Vaccines are also being offered at many pharmacy and health clinic locations.
