George Washington Carver had a passion for art. Art in the Park features plein air artists, kid-friendly activities, and instructional workshops with pastels, natural dyes, pencil, and more. Children can earn a special Art in the Park Junior Ranger badge. The event will welcome Shay Holloway, also known as “Art Girl Shay,” as the featured artist and guest speaker. Shay will deliver a presentation at 11:00 am, sharing her artistic journey and insights with participants. The event is free of charge.
