Events this Week Target Job Seekers

Hiring events are planned this week for a variety of positions.   The Ozark Region Workforce Development Board and the Missouri Job Center will help with events in Branson, Springfield and Rogersville.

The Missouri Job Center's Branson location will host a multi-employer hiring event Wednesday from 10 am to 2 pm. Staffing Plus will interview dishwashers, banquet servers, and housekeepers. TeleTech will interview licensed healthcare insurance sales agents (to work in Springfield); Westgate Resorts will interviewing outside public contact/off premises contact) positions and White River Fish House (Bass Pro) will interview cook and server positions.

The Missouri Job Center's Springfield location will host a hiring event for Exel/DHL Supply Chain on Wednesday from 9 am to 2 pm. The company is looking for forklift drivers. On Thursday from 9 am to 1 pm, the Missouri Job Center's Mobile Career Center will assist UnderCover, Inc. with a hiring event at their location in Rogersville for production workers. The Branson location will also host a hiring event on Thursday from 10 am to 2 pm for Westgate Resorts. That company is looking for sales representatives.

Applicants should dress appropriately and take up-to-date copies of their resume as well as a sheet of prior work experience and references for the online application.
