You can learn more about Greene County finances going back to 2015 by visiting greenecountymo.gov/budget. Officials say they've made efforts to simply the way budget info is presented.

KSMU reporter Gregory Holman sat down with Greene County's budget officer to learn more about this year's county spending, ahead of the budget's expected adoption by Greene County Commissioners on January 10. This interview has been edited for length and clarity.
