Springfield-Greene County Library District Says Employee Has COVID-19; Did Not Interact With Public

A Springfield-Greene County Library part-time employee has tested positive for COVID-19, but they did not interact with the public.

According to the library district, this is just the second case of COVID-19 in a library employee and isn’t connected to the first one.

Only one other employee is under quarantine after interacting with the second positive case.  The library requires staff members to wear masks, to social distance and to take their temperatures when arriving at work.
