Five More Die Of COVID-19 In Greene And Taney Counties

Two more Greene County residents have died of COVID-19.  The latest deaths were two men in their 90s.  One was a resident of a long-term care facility.

Nine people have died in Greene County from COVID-19 so far this month.  There have been a total of 39 deaths in the county from the illness.

As of Tuesday morning, Greene County had a total of 4,255 cases of COVID-19, and 2,046 of those were active.

The Taney County Health Department says three more county residents have died of COVID-19.  The latest deaths are two men—one in his 80s and another in his 70s—and a woman in her 90s.

So far, 19 Taney County residents have died of COVID-19.
