City of Springfield Offers Various Ways to Serve, Including Elected and Non-Elected Positions

In this segment of Making Democracy Work, Lois Zerrer talks with Springfield City Clerk Anita Cotter about the April municipal election.  They also talk about ways citizens can get involved in a variety of issues affecting the city.  According to Cotter, the city has 29 boards and commissions.
