Southwest Missouri Primary Winners for State House, Senate

Democrat Crystal Quade will run against Republican Thomas Quinn and Libertarian Chris Burros in the race for the Missouri representative District 132 seat.  Quade beat Bob Sweere, and Quinn narrowly defeated Tyler Hobbs in Tuesday’s primary election.

Democrat Jim Clemmons will go up against Republican Curtis Trent for state representative in the 133rd District.  Clemmons was unopposed.  Trent defeated Matthew Sims, David Cort and Mike Goodart Tuesday.

Republican Lyndall Fraker will be unopposed in November in the race for the District 137 state representative seat after defeating Jake Myers Tuesday.

Republican Ed Emery will face Libertarian Lora Young in the District 31 Missouri Senate race after defeating Bill Yarberry.

Republican Mike Stephens will run unopposed for state representative for the 128th District.  He defeated Roy Harms and Rick Vance.

Republican Hannah Kelly defeated Stan Coday by 45 votes in the race for state representative for the 141st District and will run unopposed.

Republican Jeffrey Pogue will run unopposed in November after defeating Bobby Simpson Tuesday in the 143rd state representative race.

Republican Lyle Rowland will be unopposed in November.  He beat Mike Lind in the Republican primary for the state representative District 155 race.

Republican Cody Smith will run unopposed for state representative 163rd District after defeating Bill Birkes and Steve Leibbrand Tuesday.
