Community Calendar

The Republic Community Band will present its Christmas Concert December 11 at Hood United Methodist Church.

Refreshments will be served following the concert, along with a silent auction with baked goods, merchant offerings and Christmas gifts.

The band is made up of adult volunteers from the surrounding communities. Musical offerings will include Sleigh Ride; A Calypso Christmas; Baby, It's Cold Outside; Celtic Carol; and An Irving Berlin Christmas.
