Community Foundation of the Ozarks’ Brian Fogle has been appointed to a newly created Community Advisory Council (CAC) established by the Federal Reserve Board.
Members of CAC, announced Tuesday, will provide information, advice, and recommendations to the Board on a wide range of relevant policy matters and emerging issues of interest.
Fogle, the president and executive officer for the Springfield-based Community Foundation, currently serves on the Community Development Advisory Council (CDAC) for the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. He’ll be cycling off of that group and onto the national council.
Fogle is one of 15 members, with each initially serve one-, two-, or three-year staggered terms.
The group’s first meeting will be held in Washington, D.C. in November.
