In Tennessee, proposed federal cuts in some areas of drug enforcement may affect the ability of authorities to seize methamphetamine -- or meth -- labs in rural communities. The Cicadas Are Coming!
Residents of Washington, D.C., and 15 states -- from Georgia to Michigan to New York -- are awaiting a massive, boisterous grand entrance.
