Earlier this week, officers issued an endangered person advisory for Woods, who had left her home, taking her dog with her but not her medication.

Original story:  An endangered person advisory has been issued for a woman in Marshfield.  The Marshfield Police Department says 18-year-old Ashley Renee Woods left on foot from 310 N. Marshall in Marshfield with her brown and tan Chihuahua Sunday afternoon and didn’t return.

She’s 5’2” tall, 128 pounds with red hair and blue eyes.  She was wearing a light blue bandana on her head, a black jacket, a floral mid-length dress and blue Tom shoes.

According to police, Woods is suicidal and is on medication that she does not have with her.
