Cabins for Sale to Highest Bidder

Looking for a tiny house or maybe a small vacation cabin?  The Crowder College Construction Technology program in Neosho recently completed two cabins that are now for sale to the highest bidder.  Bids will be accepted until 10 am May 23rd.

The cabins are 11’X24’ with a 50’ sleeping area.  There’s a full kitchen, bath with shower, dining bar, sleeping loft and a washer/dryer hook-up.  They’re built on 6X6 skids for full mobility.

Students in the program learned about framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical and finish work while building the cabins.  The program is part of the Crowder Technical Education Center, which is comprised of students from Neosho, McDonald County, Seneca, East Newton and Diamond.

For more information or to view the cabins, 417-455-5596.  The minimum bid is $9500.
