  • The Springfield Council of Federated Garden Clubs present their flower show “Go Country” today (5/31) from noon to 8:30 and tomorrow (6/1) from 8:30 to 5 at the Library Center.
  • The MYSA Soccer Tournament is tomorrow through Monday (6/1-6/3) at the Lake Country Soccer Complex.  For details, mysa.org.
  • The History Museum for Springfield-Greene County presents the exhibit “Woodruff’s Dream:  the Mother Road through Springfield Route 66” through August 31st.  The museum is open today and tomorrow (5/31-6/1) from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm.  For more information, historymuseumonthesquare.org.
  • A dance is held each Friday night at 7 at the West Plains Senior Center.  Admission is $4, and all ages are welcome.

  • The Springfield Conservation Nature Center’s Hiking Club will go on a four-mile hike at the Henning Conservation Area tomorrow (6/1).  To register, 888-4237.
  • In celebration of National Trails Day, the Springfield Conservation Nature Center invites you to spend a couple of hours hiking the trails there and testing your nature knowledge during “Trail Trivia.”  Pick up the question sheet at the front desk anytime tomorrow (6/1) then return it for a prize.
