The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services is sharing ways to reduce your risk.

‘This is nothing more than an attempt to harass (Planned Parenthood) and should not be permitted by the court,’ attorneys for the clinics wrote in a court filing opposing the subpoena.

Former Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey and Republican AGs from two other states intervened in a case brought by anti-abortion groups. After the U.S. Supreme Court said those groups couldn’t sue, Missouri became the lead plaintiff.

‘Our opposition has proven to be very well-funded and very well-organized,’ a campaign advisor said of launching an anti-abortion campaign more than a year ahead of the election.

Over 600 communities nationwide will walk to raise funds for Alzheimer’s care and research.

The two organizations held a signing ceremony Tuesday morning, but the deal won't close until November.
