Another Person Has Died Of COVID-19 In Greene County

Another resident of Greene County has died of COVID-19, according to the Springfield-Greene County Health Department.

The latest death was a man in his 70s who had underlying health conditions.

This is the sixth death from COVID-19 in August and the 17^th overall.

Greene County has surpassed the 2000 mark in the number of COVID-19 cases. As of Monday morning, there was a total of 2017 cases, and 920 of those were active.
