MSU's Professional Building Renamed In Honor Of Donor

MSU

Missouri State University’s health building has a new name.  The Missouri State University Foundation announced it will be called the Ann Kampeter Health Sciences Hall.  The new name is in recognition of a seven-figure gift to the foundation.

The building, formerly known as the Professional Building, houses the McQueary College of Health and Human Services.

The MSU Foundation’s executive director, Brent Dunn, says Kampeter was a student in the Professional Building when she attended the university.

The building, at Elm and Kimbrough, will undergo extensive renovations with the donation.  Those will include a student access and advisement center, updates to the Speech-Language and Hearing Clinic and additional meeting and study spaces.
