Branson Airport says seating capacity has shown a solid increase since Southwest Airlines began offering flights there in March.

According to a release by the airport, Southwest is aiming to provide nearly 332 thousand seats in 2013, compared to 274 thousand seats last year through AirTran Airways. That will amount to a 21% increase in airline seats leaving Branson, the airport says.

Southwest’s largest projected increase in seating for the Branson Airport will come over the next winter off-season, where the airport plans on providing over 42 thousand seats. That’s an increase of 266% over the airport’s last off season.
