River Rescue Cleanup
On Saturday, June 8, 2024, the James River Basin Partnership, and the Ozark Mountain Paddlers will be hosting their annual River Rescue clean-up where volunteers will work together to remove trash from the James River.
Kickoff the weekend alongside fellow water warriors by cleaning up a beautiful stretch of the James River from H.L. Kerr Access to the Ralph Cox Memorial Access in Galena.
There is no charge for River Rescue; lunch and shuttling will be provided for all volunteers, thanks to donations to the Larry Martin Memorial River Rescue Fund.
No boat? No Problem! A limited number of canoes are available, first-come, first-served.
