Missouri State University’s new Evening College Plus is a pathway to degree-completion and a gateway for students entering an evening program. It provides a plan for students to earn their undergraduate degree through evening and online classes.
It is specifically for the busy adult who needs to earn a college degree while juggling many commitments such as work and family.
Evening College Plus is designed around 8-week general education courses that meet one or two times per week and integrates seated and online instruction creating a community of adult learners. You have the option to enroll in up to two courses in an evening to reduce your campus visits.
This program also offers evening degree completion programs with courses offered one or two evenings per week or online for 8 or 16 weeks.
Dr. Joye Norris and Jonathan Talley discuss Evening College Plus. Norris is associate provost for access and outreach and Talley is director of adult student services.
