Mike Smith had a phone conversation about the firearms portionof Missouri's deer hunting season with Missouri of Conservation Media Specialist Francis Skalicky.
The season is open to any hunter 11 years of age or older, and begins November 13. Smith and Skalicky talked about rules and regulations related to deer hunting in Missouri, and about the Share the Harvest program through which sucessful hunters can donate venison to charitable organizations who will then distribut the meat to needy families across the state.
