The Springfield-Greene County Health Department is notifying the public of potential community exposures from four people who have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
Prior to being diagnosed, they visited 14 locations in Springfield from June 29 to July 3. Those are:
- Sam’s Club, 745 W. El Camino Alto from 11-11:30 a.m. Monday, June 29 (infectious but not symptomatic, not masked)
- Walmart Neighborhood Market, 1320 S. Glenstone Ave., Monday, June 29, does not remember time (infectious but not symptomatic, not masked)
- Sam’s Club, 3660 E. Sunshine St., Monday, June 29, during the noon hour (Infectious but not symptomatic, masked)
- Menard’s, 500 N. Eastgate, Monday, June 29, during the 1 p.m. hour Infectious but not symptomatic, masked)
- Kingdom Coffee, 211 S. Market Ave. Unit 100, Tuesday, June 30, in the afternoon (infectious but not symptomatic, not masked)
- Walmart Neighborhood Market, 1320 S. Glenstone Ave., Tuesday, June 30, does not remember time (Infectious but not symptomatic, not masked)
- Kingdom Coffee, 211 S. Market Ave, Unit 100, Wednesday, July 1, in the afternoon (infectious and symptomatic, not masked)
- Walmart Supercenter, 3520 W. Sunshine St. Wednesday, July 1, from 6:30-7:00 p.m. (infectious but not symptomatic, not masked)
- CreAsian 501 W. Chestnut Expressway Building A, Friday, July 3, from Noon to 1 p.m. (infectious but not symptomatic, not masked)
- Battlefield Mall, Friday, July 3, from 1:15 to 3 p.m. without a mask: Maurices, Dillard’s (south store), The Art Factory; and with a mask: Alter’d State and Old Navy (Infectious and symptomatic)
Anyone at those locations on those dates is at low risk for contracting COVID-19 but should monitor for symptoms.
