The events kick off Feb. 3rd with making Valentine’s Day Trees at the Library Station. The following week, on Feb. 10, patrons can share craft and recipe ideas.

Over at the Library Center, the Genealogy Workshop will take place on Feb. 3rd at 7:00 pm in the Auditorium; that’s where you can learn how to use pension files to trace your ancestry.

Adults hoping to learn new computer skills can register for the “Edge Mobile Class.” Those take place Feb. 3, 5, and 7 at various locations in Willard, Ash Grove, Springfield and Republic—registration is required for the computer classes.  Those interested can call 837-5011.

Kids in grades 3 through 6 can become junior engineers at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 7, at the Brentwood Branch Library.  Materials are provided for those little building projects.

And the Springfield-Regional Opera will present “Three Little Pigs” at Park Central Library on Feb. 8th.
