Judge Todd Thornhill , the Chief Judge of the Springfield, Missouri Municipal Court, talks with Lois Zerrer about the purposes of the Municipal court and the differences between the municipal court and the circuit courts. He also addresses the types of cases that are heard in that court and processes and procedures involved in those cases. Judge Thornhill, who was recently appointed to a Missouri Supreme Court task force, discusses the study of a variety of issues impacting municipal courts.
