Missouri Governor Appointed to National Board

Missouri Governor Mike Parson has been elected to the board of Jobs for America's Graduates.  He'll serve on the board with nine other governors throughout the country.

JAG is a state-based national organization in 34 states whose goal is to prevent dropouts among young people who have potential but who are at risk for not graduating from high school.  There are 29 JAG schools in Missouri.  Two thousand students are being served by the program this school year.

Parson's term will run through January 2020.
