First Friday Art Walk is Friday night (1/4) from 6 to 10 at 16 locations in downtown Springfield. 

Springfield-Greene County Park Board

This is the last weekend for Evening Strolls through the Garden at Nathaniel Greene-Close Memorial Park.  The Mizumoto Japanese Stroll Garden will be open from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday (12/21-12/22). 

A Holiday Train Garden Display is at the Springfield-Greene County Botanical Center, 2400 S. Scenic, through December 31.  Hours are Monday through Saturday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.  

Springfield-Greene County Park Board

This is the last weekend for Candy Cane Lane at Rutledge Wilson Farm Park.  The drive through light display will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights (12/14-12/16) from 5 to 8.  Hot cocoa will be available for purchase.  Admission is $5 per vehicle.

The Midtown Neighborhood Association invites you to tour historic Springfield homes decorated for the holidays this weekend.  The Midtown Victorian Christmas Homes Tour is Friday (12/7) from 5 to 9 p.m. and Saturday (12/8) from noon to 5.  Tickets are $12 and are available at Midtown Pharmacy, Maschino’s, Midtown Carnegie Library, Enterprise Park Lanes and Sunshine Lanes.  Free parking and a shuttle will be available at the Drury Diversity Center, 803 Drury Ln. 

Springfield-Greene County Park Board

Rutledge-Wilson Farm Park, 3825 W. Farm Rd. 146, will host Candy Cane Lane Friday through Sunday nights from 5 to 8 November 30 through December 16.  The cost is $5 per vehicle.  Hot cocoa will be available for purchase. 

A Festival of Lights Holiday Skating Exhibition will be held Friday (11/30) at 7 p.m. and Saturday (12/1) at 2 p.m. at Mediacom Ice Park.  Admission is $5.
