Missouri State University Foundation

Missouri State University's Clifton M. Smart III University Advancement Center is being built along National Ave. It will house the Division for University Advancement, which includes the Missouri State University Foundation and Alumni Association.

During an event Monday morning Missouri State University announced a seven-figure gift from the Pendleton Family to support faculty, staff and students at the newly named Pendleton Family School of Accountancy.

The donations fund various programs and projects at Missouri State University.

The facility will house the university's advancement team, an event space, a traditions hall and more.

The BearsWIN (Women Impact Network) will launch on February 28.

The Community Foundation of the Ozarks will purchase the downtown Springfield building for $5.8 million dollars. Missouri State University plans for a new building on campus for its Foundation.
