Tonight’s the last meeting to get input on the Springfield Public Schools’ facility master plan. It starts at 6 at Cherokee Middle School, 420 E. Farm Road 182.
According to the district, the community input, combined with an independent assessment of schools and buildings, will help SPS develop a long-range facility plan, which it says will “create a decision-making road map to ensure all facilities meet the evolving needs of SPS' learners.”
The meeting is expected to last about two hours and will include a presentation about the goals of the facility master plan, an interactive poll and small group discussions.
