Free Community COVID-19 Testing To Be Offered In Springfield, Joplin And Marshfield

A free COVID-19 community testing event will be held Thursday, December 3, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday, December 4, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds in Springfield.  Another testing event will be held Saturday, December 5, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Ozark Christian College in Joplin.  And a community testing event will take place Monday, December 7, from noon to 6 p.m. at the Webster County Fairgrounds in Marshfield. The testing is being held by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services and the Missouri National Guard.

You’re asked to pre-register at health.mo.gov/communitytest.  Any Missouri resident may be tested even if they are not experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services continues offering surge testing at four sites in Missouri, including in Branson on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.  That testing is available to anyone five and older who are experiencing symptoms or believe they may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19.  You can pre-register for that testing site at DoINeedaCovid19Test.com.
