The Springfield-Greene County Health Department continues to offer advice to businesses even though the COVID-19 restrictions in the city have been lifted.

The health department updated the COVID-19 Toolkit for Businesses.  It can be found at health.springfieldmo.gov/business.

According to the health department, the toolkit was updated “to serve as a resource that provides employers with best practices for preventing the spread of COVID-19, based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).”

It includes updated policy templates regarding masking, prevention and response procedures, answers to frequently asked questions, printable masking signs in addition to past resources such as contact tracing logs and other COVID-19 information for businesses.

The CDC still recommends masking for anyone who is not fully vaccinated. Local employers and businesses may adopt their own policies to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
