After more than ten hours of debate, the Missouri Senate gave final approval to a bill that places tighter restrictions on abortion providers.
The bill would also allow parents to file suit against anyone who helps a minor obtain an abortion without the parents' consent.
The senate passed the measure on a 26 to 6 vote.
