She is a 25 year broadcast veteran with experience at stations in Ohio and Kentucky as a producer, anchor, reporter, announcer and talk show host.
Cheri has won numerous awards from the Public Radio News Directors Association, the Ohio and Kentucky Associated Press, and the Cincinnati and Ohio chapters of the Society for Professional Journalists.
The pandemic affected us all in varied ways. One 87-year-old woman spent almost all of it completely alone, whittling. "I don't know what I would have done without my carving," Minnie Adkins says.
