Today is the last day to register to vote in the April General Election in Greene County. Voters that day will decide several races. Those include city mayors, school boards, board of aldermen and city councils.
Cities participating in the April election are: Ash Grove, Battlefield, Fair Grove, Republic, Strafford, Walnut Grove and Willard. School districts on the ballot are: Marion C. Early, Pleasant Hope, Republic, Walnut Grove and Willard. The Brookline Fire Protection District is also on the ballot.
You can register to vote at public libraries, colleges and universities, city halls and in the Greene County Historic Courthouse, Room 114.
