Several state routes will be closed in Greene County, north of Springfield, this week to replace deteriorating drain pipes underneath the roads.
Route BB between Stoney Lane and Route Z east of Walnut Grove will be closed from 7:30 Monday morning, January 6, until 3 in the afternoon.
Tuesday, January 7, Route AA between Farm Rd. 183 and Farm Rd. 179 will be closed from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
On Wednesday, January 8, MODOT will close Greene County Route AA between Farm Rd. 197 and Highway 65 from 7:30 to 3.
And Thursday, January 9, Greene County KK will be closed during that same time period between Shelby Rd. and Farm Rd. 66.
Drivers will be able to get to driveways and entrances on either side of the work zones, but they won’t be able to travel through the work zones
