Our Spring pledge drive is right around the corner and right now, during KSMU’s Early Bird Challenge, your gift is doubled through April 9.

Weight Restrictions Wavied For Flood Relief

Private and for-hire motor carriers carrying rock, sand and gravel ay haul up to 10 percent mroe than their licensed weight on some Missouri highways through June 21.  The waiver will help drivers working in flood relief efforts.

Drivers must still obey posted bridge weight limits and, when crossing a bridge, they must restrict the vehicle speed to no more than 30 mph.

Those traveling under the waiver must do so only on non-interstate highways.
