A Springfield intersection will close for five weeks beginning this month. Oak Grove and Catalpa is scheduled to close November 11th. Crews will construct a roundabout at the intersection, which has had a high number of crashes. It was among the city's intersections with the highest number of crashes in 2014. Statistics show nine crashes there last year.
The roundabout is expected to open the week of December 14th, weather permitting.
Detours will be marked.
