Free immunization clinics are continuing this week at Springfield public schools.  Clinics are being held from 9 am to 12:30 pm at SPS high schools and will continue through Thursday (8/6).  They’re designed to make sure students’ immunizations are up to date before school starts on the 13th.

Students who require immunizations should have received a letter from the school district in mid-July.  Anyone who wants to have their child immunized at the free clinics need to make an appointment by calling 523-1632.

Free immunizations are also available at the Springfield-Greene County Health Department’s Westside Public Health Clinic, 660 S. Scenic, for anyone 18 years and younger who are uninsured, underinsured, on Medicaid or are an American Indian or Alaska native.
