The department of theatre and dance at Missouri State University celebrates its 53rd season of Tent Theatre with a summer lineup featuring two musicals and one comedy/drama.

A con artist reverend travels with his ministry, yet romance brings new meaning to his life in the musical “Leap of Faith.”

The world’s greatest detective has seemingly reached the end of his remarkable career when a case presents itself that is too tempting to ignore in the comedy/drama “Sherlock Holmes: The Final Adventure.”
JULY 8-11, 13-19
A girl achieves her dream of performing on a TV dance show in 1960s Baltimore and works to integrate the show in the process in the musical “Hairspray.”
PERFORMANCE TIMES AND TICKET PRICING
All performances begin at 8 p.m. on the tent pad behind Craig Hall. Tickets are $16 and $24 for adults; $14 and $22 for seniors, students and children; and $12 and $21 for Missouri State faculty, staff and students. Season tickets are $40 and $66 for adults, and $35 and $61 for seniors, students, children, Missouri State faculty, staff and students. Special group rates are available.

PICNIC SUPPERS
Show-themed picnic suppers are served from 7-7:45 p.m. for $12 each on the south patio of Craig Hall and the proceeds support the Tent Theatre scholarship fund. These suppers must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance online or by calling (417) 836-7678.
PARKING INFORMATION
Tent Theatre guests may access free parking in Lot 24 at the southwest corner of Grand Street and National Avenue. Also, short-term parking for pickup and drop-off is available on Grand Street in front of Craig Hall.
