Stylists Needed for Back to School Haircuts
Summer is almost over and that means buying school supplies, new clothes and getting back to school haircuts. KSMU's Kristian Kriner reports.
Crosslines annual “Cuts for Kids” is Monday, August 17 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Academy of Hair Design.
“Cuts for Kids” provides free haircuts for low-income kids around Springfield.
Crosslines officials say they have 30 licensed hair stylists to work right now, but they need at least 20 more volunteers.
Volunteers would work for three and a half hours that day.
