During St. Patrick's Day celebrations you can expect parades and parties. But the party may end when those celebrating with alcohol get behind the wheel of a car. That's the reason for a statewide effort this weekend to prevent alcohol-related car wrecks. Randy Gibson is a captain for the Greene County Sheriff's Department.
