From July to September of 2004 our topic is the Summer Arts Programs at the Creamery in Jordan Valley Park.
These summer programs, made possible by the Ray F. Aton Memorial Patronage Initiative for the Arts Capacity Building Fund, which was established by the Robert M. Baird family, provide kids from the Springfield Community Center the opportunity to work one on one with arts professinoals from several area arts organizations.Each session culminates in a public performance that allows the kids to show off their new skills, followed by opportunities to attend and participate in other community arts events.
